Can I pursue M.S. in Computer Science in US?

I'm studying Civil Engineering in 3rd year. I'm not interested in Civil Engineering but interested in Computer science?

    Hi Ramesh,
    For Masters in Computer Science, a prior degree in Computer Science or related field is required. Applicants from other fields with suitable backgrounds are also considered, which will be decided only by the University. The best way would be to write to some Universities as admission criteria varies with every University. They will guide you better.
