Can I pursue MS? Is yes, which field would be suitable for me?

I have scored 57% in B.Sc. IT. I have 3 years of work experience in IT. I have scored 84.49 percentile in MAH CET for MBA. Given my CET Score, I doubt that I could get a good college, also if I think of pursing MS now, would it be a good thing, as anyways I guess I will have to wait for next year.
