Can I pursue regular LLM and simultaneously write AIBE exam? I am a BA LLB graduate in AP state bar council.

The candidates can download their Certificate of Practice (CoP) from the link given on the official portal. The candidates can get their CoP by logging with their Enrollment number.

Candidates who will successfully pass the AIBE exam will be issued the CoP by BCI. The qualified candidates will have to collect their Certificate of Practice from their respective State Bar Councils. It is a mandatory document to practice Law in India.

The candidates whose names appears on the Roll of Advocates maintained by a State Bar Council can apply for the CoP. These candidates must be enrolled advocates who have passed the All India Bar Examination.

The minimum qualifying marks for AIBE exam as decided by the Bar Council is:

AIBE 20 Cutoff will be based on the qualifying criteria of the exam. However, the final cutoff will depend on the number of questions to be considered after AIBE provisional answer key objection process. There are chances that a few questions are dropped from the final evaluation paper if errors are found in the AIBE 20 question paper.
