With these marks, your tentative rank would be 212151 and with this rank, it will get somewhat difficult for you to get BIT, Mesra. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if you try for some good private university.
Many reputed private universities are offering B.Tech degree with various specializations. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of marks in class 12.

The only criteria to take admission in BIT Mesra is the JEE Mains ranks. BIT Mesra, being a very good college, requires a good rank to get admission. You can check the previous year's opening and closing ranks for BIT Mesra ,and thus you will have the idea of the Rank ranges required to get admission. Good luck. -
