Yes, you can take the UPTET exam with your NTT Diploma. You are eligible to apply for a teaching position in primary classes. According to the eligibility criteria of UPTET, one can appear for this exam if they have done any of the following:
1. A Bachelor's degree with an NTT Diploma course
2. A Bachelor's degree with two years of B. T. C.
3. A two-year Diploma (D. Ed. ) and a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with at least 50% of the required marks.
