    Anita Sharma. You can definitely get admission in St. Stephen College Delhi University with 60 percentage of B.A. Distance degree. 1. Applicants first register on the University of Delhi admission portal and secure a registration number
    2. The applicant uses the registration number provided by the University of Delhi to register on the St Stephen College portal and complete the College
    Post-Graduate application form.
    3. The application process is complete only after the applicant successfully enters all
    necessary details, uploads the necessary certificates pays the registration fees and submits
    the application form.

    No you cannot take admission because your percentage is less and du college cut off goes very high. And interview percentage matters a lot because du is a reputed college and students come to study from every State. Du has to maintain the college percentage for admission.
