B.Tech CS is superior degree in comparison to B.Sc CS or IT. You can get job of developer or tester in Small or Medium IT companies after B.Sc CS or IT. MNC or Large IT companies prefers B.Tech CS or MCA or M.Sc CS/IT grads. If these companies offers you job then it will be below B.Tech graduates scale and with lower salary. You will take few years experience to get fresh B.Tech grad salary and grade in companies.

Yes, you can get job in MNCs, but one thing is important that is The major difference between both these field is that IT professionals deals with the application developed by computer engineers in real life process, while computer science deals with the science that facilitates these applications. In short, computer science is the creation of software and hardware by using different programming skills. On the other hand, IT is just the selection of the proper software or hardware for the task. So choose your employer or your career choice as per your own skills, which you can analyse on your own. Our inner conscious is best guide for

Hi...

I need to clarify first: are you asking about admission to Chandigarh University for B.Tech/B.E, or admission to a medical/paramedical course (like B.Sc Nursing, MBBS, BPT, etc.)

The marks required and exam rules differ a lot depending on the stream.
