    Hi,

You are eligible to pursue this course after the 10th class. It is a 1year Diploma course and three years degree course. Practical learning is there to gain practical knowledge about the course.

The minimum eligibility required is a 12th-class educational qualification. People pursuing this degree are trained and are required to hone their abilities under the supervision of nursing and anesthetics professionals.

No, you cannot enroll in an Operation Theatre Tech course if you did not complete your 12th grade in the Biology stream. Nowadays, a majority of colleges offer Diploma and degree courses in OT technician. Their admission requirement is 12th grade with Physics Chemistry and Biology. Some colleges may also require you to have a minimum of 45% in the 12th grade. You can check the eligibility criteria for this course at top colleges here: https://www.shiksha.com/medicine-health-sciences/paramedical/colleges/operation-theatre-technology-colleges-india?sby=popularity.
