No, according to the Council of Architecture rule: Only candidates who have the following credentials shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch course.
I. Qualified through the recognised aptitude test in Architecture NATA or equivalent) in 2019.
ii. Have gone through any of the following curriculum with marks as prescribed below:
(a) Secured 50% marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics and also, 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level examination. -
As per new norms of NATA 2019, you cannot opt NATA EXAM by owing commerce as your main stream
Eligiblility to appear for NATA 2019:
The lower age limit for appearing in NATA-2019 has been waived. However, the candidate has to comply with any age constraints that may be specified by respective Counselling/ Admission Authority.
10+2 or equivalent passed/appearing with Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics as the subjects of examination.
10+3 Diploma (any stream) passed/appearing recognised by Central/State Govts with Mathematics as one of the subjects of examination

As per the eligibility criteria of NATA, you can not appear in entrance exam. The eligibility criteria is as under. Eligibility :- No candidate shall have passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and also at least 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination. No, you can't get admission in Dev Bhoomi School of Architecture, Planning and Design BArch course without NATA. The university accepts students for the other courses on a merit basis. But, if you want to enrol in the BArch course, NATA is mandatory.
