Seeing your profile, you have decent chances of getting a call, though a score of 600+ in GMAT is more suitable for shortlisting. But, since its a profile based selection, you may get a call for GDPI.

No, you cannot get admission at BITS Pilani with 60% marks. As per the eligibility criteria students must qualify Class 12 with 75% marks from the recognised board. It is mandatory for students to qualify the eligiblity criteria. The institute also accepts admission based on the entrance exams.
