She has got 264 marks (1486 rank) in Mains and 2836 in Advance.

Your sister has scored very well. With these marks, she can get into top NIT's and IIT's through JoSAA, and can get top branches through JAC. -
Your sister should choose IITs, as with this rank, if she applies for the NSIT or DTU she will surely get those college, but she will miss her chance in getting some top IITs. -
