Can you suggest some good colleges that I can get through counseling for UPTAC and CUET?
I got 58.963420 percentile and 657412 rank in JEE Mains. I completed my 12th with 78% and 10th with 86.4%.

Since your score for JEE Mains was 58 percentile which is a very less score . You can not get B.Tech colleges through JEE Mains. As far as UPTAC and CUET is concerned, there are not any B.Tech colleges more. You may try at State government colleges of UP like HBTU, MMMUT and With the help of CUET, you may try at some central Universities like BHU etc.
