7 years agoHi Anand, To be honest, there is no right or wrong time. If you have made your mind that you will pursue your further studies from abroad, then you need to start with your homework that is country selection (which country you want to go and why? ), what course to pursue and from which university. As you are pursuing Mechanical and assuming that you will be interested in pursuing your MS in a similar or allied field, you need to list down the courses the university offers. Prepare a check list of such courses and universities. Next should be your research for the below:
