I'm sorry I didn't really understand the question. The cut off ranks for Mechanical in BMSCE is within 6000 in CET exams. Of you're asking about the quota, the maximum the rank can go upto is 10k. This is an approximate. If that didn't answer your question, I'm sorry but please be more clear next time.
