Yes. UID offers internships through their Career Services Department.
The Career Service Department experts sit with the individual budding designers and discuss about their goals.
Those interested in entrepreneurship are recommended for the entrepreneurship incubation center where the experts guide a student for a successful design project related to entrepreneurship/business.
The campus interviews are organized by CSD department based on the demand of placements from the students. Adequate multinational and transnational brands are invited for campus recruitments.

Yes very much, The effective Career Service Department of UID organizes extraordinary internships and Placements every year with Brands like Microsoft, CAS, GAS, Raymonds, Reliance, Wrangler, Pepe, Giny and Johny, Titan, Tanishq etc and many more reputed brands.

Yes, they are providing internship. They have rather a dedicated cell termed CAREER SERVICE DESK who looks after the internship of the students and final placements as well. To name a few biggies like Raymonds, Arvind, Microsoft, Wrangler and many more.

UID DAT exam was conducted on January 11, 2026. It was from 1 PM to 4 PM. All candidates who appear for Tier I - will be eligible to appear for Tier II - Situation Test (ST) and Portfolio Evaluation (PE).
Yes, you can fill the UID DAT B.Des and M.Des application forms offline. The application is for INR 2000. The application form must have a photograph, signature and must be sent to the address given by the institute.
Candidates must have passed 10+2+3/4 years degree OR must have 5 years Diploma (pass/appearing) in any stream from a recognised institution or university.
