Few companies have criterias of considering students above 60% whereas some don't have that so we can't say.

Suraj class 10th and high school marks do matter in the selection process of the college but when you will sit for the interview the thing that matters is your spontaneity and honesty not your marks. You can definitely get good package if you can perform good in your selection process for the interview and yes if you have attractive resume and can answer the basic technical questions.
