Hi Pavan. You have a very good academics if you able to perform good in GD&PI round you will definitely get HR. No it focus on the core area for the corporate world. Many colleges shift to dual specialization where a student miss the basic core element of the subject. In BIMM you will be focusing on One specialization whether its marketing , HR , operations etc. And trust me a company wants a person to specialize in one area. Average salary of HR is 6,00,000.

It is to be noted that only 30% weightage is given to the entrance scores and the rest depends upon how you perform in your GD/PI.
