LPU does organise many educational trips and tours for students. My brother has done his Interior Design from Lovely Professional University. I remember during his induction days, he went for some local City Tour and during his complete course, every year there was an educational trip planned by the university. Since, he was enrolled in Interior Design programme, their batch visited Bhubaneswar, Jaipur and Kolkata throughout his 3 year programme duration.
