No,there is no such any scheme of providing 100% scholorship for LLM.But there is so many scholorship program funded by central government or state government .

Eligibility
Students must meet certain terms and conditions, including:

Maintaining a minimum of 75% attendance

Clearing all hostel, library, and other dues

Having a satisfactory academic record.
