In fact, there have been no changes in the syllabus or exam pattern in the past few exam sessions. However, if there are any changes made to the syllabus or pattern, the university notifies the candidates along with the release of the information brochure. So, if you are planning to appear for the IIHMR-U MAT exam, you can refer to the previous year's syllabus and exam pattern without worrying about any major changes.
