Does this college allow lateral entry admission in B.Tech mechanical?

Dear Shivam, LPU curates two programs for lateral entry : 1) B.Tech. (Mechanical Engineering) [Lateral Entry] 3 yrs. (6 Semesters) 2) Diploma (Engg.) Mechanical Engg. (ME) [Lateral Entry] 2 yrs. (4 Semesters) The B.Tech program is designed as a skill enable program, the students actually learn by doing and progress from basics to higher order skills like installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of machines. Diploma graduates can start entrepreneurial ventures or can pursue higher studies. Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) Pass with 50% aggregate marks in ITI (in Technical field) 1 year/ 2 years Certificate course after 10th or 2 years Diploma from SLIET or 10+2 Vocational (in Technical field) or 10+2 (Non-Medical) or equivalent from any recognized Board/ Council. There are many scholarships being offered on basis of: Scholarship on the basis of Percentage in qualifying exam/ Qualification previous to Eligibility Qualification COVID-19 Frontline Scholarship for the Frontline Workforce Scholarship on the basis of LPUNEST Scholarship on the basis of Performance in Sports, Cultural, R&D, Co-curricular and Social Service Bravery Awards. Hi Shivam, I am not aware of this College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University but recent NIRF rankings released by MHRD depicts once that LPU is a consistent and really a premier university of India with top placement records and world class infrastructure.
