For BA English honors, which one is suitable: Amity-Noida or Galgotias University?

Hi Vanshika, See, if you are not qualified or unable to get enrolled in DU for the same then it does not matter which college you choose what matters is what type of environment you want. If you just coming from a small city and not that social then yes Galgotia University is the platform for that which gradually shape you in a more social person as it will give you the transformation in a way you cannot imagine but experience. If you have other pursuing too with your course then also it is adjustable. But if you a metropolitan girl then go for expensive universities like Amity.Amity, like any other university, is a stepping stone to what you want to become in life and how you want to earn a living. According to how the world functions to minimize the risk factor of life you need to be brought up in a good schooling environment and need to at the least, have a bachelors degree. Amity University is a wonderful environment for building up your hard & soft skills. It is extremely competitive, with a blend of cultural & sports activities. In simpler words, Amity acts as a confidence uplifted. And, as far as your technical skills are concerned that depends on your own ability to grasp study matter and in-class education. So be it BA or any other field in Amity have the passion for your interests or hobbies and a balanced life to secure average grades and life will be adventurous and uplifting.

Both have their own qualities. However you can see the difference between them Amity university placements, companies/ recruiters who visited the campus ABN Amro Bank BAJAJ Allianz Bank of America CITI Bank Cummins Dabur Dell Ernst & Young Google HDFC Bank HP IBM ITC McKinsey Microsoft Motorola NOKIA PepsiCo Philips India Samsung TATA AIG Insurance TVS Motors Virtusa Wipro. On the other hand, Galgotia University- Placements : The placement in the IT sector was good students who were our seniors were getting job opportunities from 3-4 companies. Even in the other fields students were getting good Placements. Galgotias University is giving placement from all the companies listed in their brochure. Students studying B.Tech CSE were the students who had got the maximum placement around 96%. . Infrastructure : First of all there is No Wi-Fi connectivity in the university Even your own Internet will not work there, so the Wi-Fi facility they have mentioned in their site is completely false. Labs are good, systems are properly arranged. AC classrooms are there but the condition of classrooms is not very good and in Block-B it is the worst. Library is good not all books are available eg. No python Books available. Medical facility is also poor. Good place for sports and games. Quality of food in canteen is better than that is served int he mess. But on seeing the university from outside is good but A, C and D block are only the good one. B block is the worst (Seats are broken, no projectors, only 2 lifts). Faculty : So faculty are good but the faculty members who are teaching computer subjects are all from the Southern part of India and the most the students studying here are from the Northern part so there will is big language and understanding gap. Students are not able to interact with them properly. Course curriculum is good and the teachers of maths and physics are just awesome.

Amity is better than Galgotias University because it has more name and fame.

Amity University, Noida is a good option for BA English Honors. BA English Honors of Amity Institute has always grown strength to strength. The institute provides many facilities, a great library, personal cabins, very supportive faculty, amazing infrastructure, disciplined environment. The institute also offers tailor-made training programmes for government and non-government organisations.
