Go for round B only if you are not happy with IIT Dhanbad VLSI because each round is a decisive round thus if you will go to the next round you will lose this seat. Try to get information about round A cut off of IIT kgp and if your score lies very near to it then you may take the chance. The final decision is yours because in this condition no one can be accurate. Best of luck for your future.

In IIT kgp chances are less but I think you should try becuase there is round c also in which IIT mandi will participate. Good luck.
