At regular mode you can not do MSC but by distance you can do it , there is also have English and maths subject in graduation degree fro regular MSC

Please remember in order to pursue Msc in computer science you need to have undergraduate degree in same field or related field.
After completing BBA, it is not possible to pursue Msc in computer science.
As per your profile pursuing full time MBA or PGDM program would be the best option for you.
So regarding this I would suggest you to take CAT-2013 and various other management entrance tests and score well that you may get admission in godo B-school.
Regarding preparation of these tests, I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute in your city which offers quality coaching for various management entrance tests.
