Round-1 result for Tamil nadu NEET PG 2025 counselling was announced on November 26, 2025. Seat allotment result was uploaded online in PDF format for both management and government quota. Students have to download seat allotment result form official website, tnmedicalselection.net.

Deadline for round-2 Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025 counselling was December 21, 2025. Students had to declare choices online and lock them in given deadline. Seats are allotted based on declared choices and other fcators including NEET PG rank. Seat allotment result for round-2 will be announced on December 23, 2025.
