If you are a beginner aspirant, you need to firstly go through the syllabus so that you can understand the exam requirements, then you should check out the previous year question papers, this is to analyze the way UPSC asks the questions. Now after all these process you need to start studying from NCERT books from class 6th to 12th. These are the must books for UPSC preparation.
