<p>SCMHRD placements in 2022, highlight that the highest percentage of recruiters participated from the IT/ ITES sector, followed by BFSI and Manufacturing sectors.&nbsp;<strong>The average domestic package offered was 35.50 Lakhs per annum and the highest international package offered was 61.50 Lakhs per annum</strong>.&nbsp;IT/ITES sector was the largest recruiter with 19% of the total number of recruiters participating in campus placements at SCMHRD during 2022-23. The BFSI sector was the second major recruiter at 16% of the total number of recruiters who participated in the placements process this year. The Manufacturing sector was the third the biggest recruiter at 15% of the total number of recruiters who participated in the placement process at SCMHRD during 2022-23. Logistics &amp; Supply Chains had a low number of recruiters in SCMHRD placements in 2022 compared to previous years. Only 1% of the total number of recruiters participated in the placement process at the institute this year.</p><p>SCMHRD has released the summer placement report for batch 2021-23. The highest stipend offered was INR 3.20 Lacs for 2 months and was made to MBA BA students. 65+ recruiters participated in SCMHRD Summer Internship Placements 2023. Marketing firms dominated the placement drive among all the sectors. Students received the highest stipend of INR 3.20 Lakhs for 2 months, the average stipend stood at INR 1.90 Lakhs for 2 months &amp; the median stipend stood at INR 1.70 Lakhs for 2 months.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
