Definitely CU is the best option, it is accredited as A+ by NAAC, only few prestigious universities have this grade by NAAC, which in itself speaks for quality of CU. CHitkara University Rajpura is not even NAAC accredited, while Baddi campus has only B grade by NAAC. CU is best for B.Ed/ M.Ed courses.

In accordance with the education courses I. e. B.Ed/ M.Ed among both the Universities CU (Chandigarh University) is the best University in terms of placements, internship programs under MNCs, faculty, labs & facilities or can say infrastructure, curriculum and all. Even CU is the NAAC A+ Accredited University, which is a great opportunity for a university to stand out like this in just 8 years. Moreover, CU provides the practical knowledge than the theoretical one. So it's better to continue your course from CU only. Even CU ( Chandigarh University) gives the guarantee of 100% placements which can not be the motive of every University.
