    The placements of B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering at LPU are commendable. My friend also got placed at LPU after B.Tech in ME in an MNC. Let me share a few more about the placements with you. The highest package offered for the programme is 31 LPA.     In LPU placement for mechanical student is decent, few core companies came with good package. But in LPU you will get experience through internship programs, participating various events and expos. Apart from all these many companies (tech mehindra, tcs etc. ). Hired mechanical students.

    Depends on your skills. LPU has good network of placement cell. If you are doing accurate career and selecting proper courses during engineering. You will be paid very high.

    LPU provides good placement to their students, approximately 80% students get placement, the highest package is around 12L, and average is approximately 5L, depending upon your skills you can get a good package, the recruiting companies are Bosch, ONGC, Ashok Leyland, Hitachi, etc. LPU provides the opportunity its upto you how you grab it.

    Being LPU alumni I would recommend B.Tech Mechanical from LPU, I am sharing my friend review regarding this course, His experience at LPU was amazing, Currently he is working with XL Dynamics with decent package. As a general rule for placements, a lot more will depend upon your own hard work, communication & presentation skills and overall preparation. This would be true for any university you enroll in. LPU's Physical Efficiency Test (LPUPET/PET) is in fact not an hour-long session with a fixed time allotment; rather, it is a combination of physical tasks conducted in succession sprinting for 50m, broad jump, overhead medicine ball throw (3 kg for men and 2 kg for women), and finally 1000m of run/walk. The time taken in doing the complete tasks varies with the fitness of the candidate, commonly taking from 20 to 45 minutes for a session. The candidates are allowed a maximum of two attempts.
