The placements vary slightly each year. Talking about manufacturing engineering, the placements in core field were around 47% (average salary 6.5 LPA) while rest of the students got placed in finance, IT and consultancy. More and more CSE students get placed each year, even from non-CSE branches. Average placements for CSE is around 18 LPA. So basically, placements in CS and IT are among the best in the country.
