    Biotechnology: Placements are very good and almost 99% gets placed by last year around 350 top companies visited the campus.
    Package varies from 3.5 to 21 LPA (as of 2015). Average package will be 4 LPA and median is 7 LPA.
    Some of the companies which visited them for Biotechnology roles are:
    1) Hindustan Unilever Ltd
    2) Protiviti
    3) GE Healthcare
    4) Health Asyst
    5) XL Health
    6) Skanray Healthcare
    7) Biocon

    I can say Lovely Professional University is best for pursuing B.Tech in Biotechnology. If you re looking for quality education, good placements, exposure, academics then LPU is right place, it has all.     Ramaiah Institute of Technology, formerly M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, is an autonomous private engineering college located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
    As of March 2017, The institute claims to have placed 95% of the overall students across all branches with an average package of 7 lakhs and Highest package of more than 30 lakhs.
