Considering the current situation, the application process is online. Register onto admission. Lpu. In with basic details (Name, Email ID, Mobile No. , State, Gender, and Password). Your email id will act as your username for the portal and the password will be set by you while registering on the portal. You will get mail on your registered email id regarding this. Login to the admission. Lpu. In with an already created username/ password. STEP 2 - Apply for LPU NEST (Eligibility and Scholarship Test) LPUNEST is an online test that acts as a gateway to programme you are interested in. Admission in this programme is done based on performance in LPU NEST and Interview. In addition, LPU NEST also acts as a Scholarship test and student can avail of huge scholarship based on performance in this test. Deposit the test fee: The cost of the Application form and Soft copy of the LPU NEST Kit is 1000 (for Boys) and 500 (for Girls). The cost of the Application form and Printed LPU NEST Kit is 1500 (for Boys) and 1000 (for Girls). Fill the test application form. STEP 3 - Book the Exam Slot and Appear Book the slot (preferred date and time) to appear in the Online Remotely Proctored LPU NEST Exam. Appear and qualify for the exam. STEP 4 - Result and Seat Allotment (Online Counselling) Get your scorecard/ rank. Fill in the seat preference. The student can give preferences that can vary in-stream and programme. In the first round of counseling, depending upon the seat availability and preferences filled by the candidates, a particular preference number would be allotted. Download the allotment letter and proceed with the admission step. STEP 5 - Admission Deposit initial payment of Rs. 20000. After the successful realization of the payment: A Unique Provisional Registration No. Will be generated and sent to your registered Email ID. Upload the documents. Recent Photograph Matriculation Marksheet Qualifying exam Certificate/ Marksheet. In case the exam certificate/ mark sheet is not available at the time of filling this application form (recently appeared), it may be submitted later also. Address Proof Apply for residential / mess / transportation / parking facility as per the requirement. All the submitted documents are to be verified from the originals within the prescribed timelines. Deposit the balance fee within the timelines prescribed by the university. Hello, As per the current scenario of Lockdown and covid 19, you can take admission to LPU by going to their website even though I took admission with the online mode in 2019 even at that time I had more options like out campus admission offices and in-campus admission. Go to the LPU website, Choose your course but yes check the eligibility carefully then follow the steps which will be given on the interface Best of Luck !

As an alumni of LPU, I would like to answer this question. Admission in any programme depends on qualifying the Eligibility criteria for that programme. So, first of all decide the programme that you want to join and check its Eligibility criteria for Admission. LPU conducts LPU NEST for all the programmes. LPU NEST is National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to various programmes in Lovely Professional University. This test forms the basis of eligibility and scholarship for most of the programmes and for some of the programmes test is applicable only for scholarship. For most of the programmes, it serves both the purposes. As per the official website of LPU, the Schedule for LPU NEST has been started for all the programmes for this current session I. e 2021. As far as Scholarship is concerned, the amount of scholarship depends on the fee of the programme, date of admission and performance of the student in LPU NEST. Also, there is no negative marking in this exam so chances of scoring well are more in this. In order to apply for the Exam, you can refer the following steps : 1 Register yourself on the portal 2. In order to get any admission in LPU you need to qualify the eligibility criteria which will depend on the domain that you are seeking admission. Along with that you also need to appear for LPU NEST exam which will again depend on the course that you are seeking admission.
