Hi Suryabhan, There are 2 ways to join Indian Army after graduation.
1. Combined Defense Services CDS conducted by UPSC. Through CDS Successive candidates get Permanent Commissioning and are trained at IMA, Dehradun.
2. Short Service Commission SSC conducted by Services Selection Board (SSB). Selection for short service commission is through the Services Selection Board (SSB) and there is no written exam for this entry as on date. You can go through first written based entry like CDSE and but some direct entry is also for the engineering degree holders like SSC Tech and TGC entry.
