To pursue an LLM from Harvard, the applicants are required to meet the entry requirements given below:
- A J.D. (Juris Doctor) from an ABA-approved US law school or a first law degree (J.D., LLB or the equivalent) from a law school
- If the applicants are in the final year of law studies, then they must complete the degree no later than June of the year in which they are intended to enroll
