JNAFAU SPA - School of Planning and Architecture has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
PG Diploma	Anygraduation. (B.Arch, B.Tech, (civil), B.Plan is preferred)
M.E./M.Tech	Candidate must have completed B.E/B.Tech (Civil Engineering)/ B.Planning/ B.Tech (Planning)/ B.Arch/AIIA/ M.A. / M.Sc. (Sociology /Economics, / Geography) from any recognised University/Institute.
B.Arch	Candidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised Institute/ University can also apply. Candidates appearing for 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023.
B.Des	Candidate must have passed 10+2 from recognised board.
B.E. / B.Tech	Candidates who have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. Candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
M.Arch	Candidate must have completed B.Arch / AIIA from any recognised University/Institute.
