First of all, you need to complete Masters/M.Phil in psychology from an accredited university/college with really a good score like 8 or higher on a 10 point scale. You need to choose which country you want to go and then select a college. You are advised to select more than one college. Make sure you check the eligibility/prerequisites before applying. You will also need to take IELTS/ TOEFL exam and get the required band, minimum 6.5 (overall) and no part less than 6 (check university/college details).
