Start with NCERT books for Sociology. In the UGC NET Sociology Syllabus, you'll see the large number of topics that you would be required to cover within these three months. Decide in which format you'd like to buy your NET Study Material. In printed format like books or in digital format or in videos format etc. Set your daily study targets and try to achieve them on time. Also, set your targeted score for the exam.
