Rather than focusing on your weaknesses, work on improving your strengths. To solve JEE problems you need deep understanding of topics. You don't have enough time to improve upon your weaknesses. Rather, focus on strengthening your strong points and study them deeply. Select two subjects out of PCM and focus dedicatedly on those two subjects only. Leave the third one, study little for the third. As far as I know, there are no section wise cutoffs in JEE. Also, take some practice tests and find out where you are mostly going wrong or not.

You can do it by focusing on your weak areas. Catch your mistakes and try to remove them. Learn methods of solving the paper.

You can try to give mock up tests, understand where you have gone wrong by evaluating the answers from good teachers and attending to your weak areas.
Best of luck.
