8 years agoIt is better to be sure with a higher score in CAT/XAT but if you did not score well then use these tactics.
First shortlisted some colleges according to your rank or with the help of the invitation brochures you received.
Choose your interested field of job (core finance /financial product sales/HR/hardcore sales /marketing-sales).
Check if the average job profile which is offered by your college is your cup of tea or not (ask it better from the placement officer) and check job profile sustainability from LinkedIn alumni tour.
Find the average in hand salary for your choice of field (not CTC/package as this include TA, DA, media-claim,...more
