How competent is LPUs faculty?

LPU has the best faculty and placements, rankings too. The university is recently ranked among the top 74th university worldwide by the Times Higher Education Rankings 2022. The faculty at LPU are well experienced and knowledgeable in their respective area of study. Some of the faculty of LPU are also pass outs from premier Institutes like IIT, NIT, IIIT, etc. The teaching quality is very good, and the teachers are well qualified. All the faculty members are always ready to help the students even after the class hours. The faculty members of LPU always strive to make the students industry ready and are very dedicated to their work.

The faculty of LPU is well-qualified. Most of the faculty are from IITs, NITs, and top-ranked universities from both India and abroad. LPU is a brand in itself. It has been ranked as one of the best universities by various agencies on the basis of its infrastructure, its placements, its pedagogy, its faculty, to mention a few. The university leaves no stone unturned to shape the future of its students. The best thing about LPU faculty is they all are very supportive they always help the students whenever they lacking in any subject.

LPU has highly qualified faculty, and most of them are either Ph.D. or pursuing Ph.D. The faculty members give their best to make you understand things in an easy approach. University takes utmost care and no chance in choosing qualified faculty members. Also, the University keeps on conducting regular Faculty Development programs so that they can update the faculty members with the industry and the latest needs. As far as the curriculum is concerned, the syllabus gets updated by industry experts so that the demands of the industry are MET once students pass out from the university. This is very much helpful for students. The research-oriented faculty members are very much dedicated to carrying out research work. They have many patients under their hood. The faculty members are awarded projects worth crores by the central government and foreign universities. And every year they get hundreds of research papers published which itself is an achievement. In short, the faculty members of LPU are very much dedicated to providing world-class teaching to its students. Also, the university keeps on conducting regular Faculty Development programs so that they can update the faculty members with the industry and the latest needs. This is very much helpful for students. At LPU we have designed a special system that focuses on the student and his innate learning capacities through varied media. The centrepiece of the system is our faculty who are not only renowned for their individual research work, but are more like life guides and mentors, focused on helping students achieve their full potential. Thus a lot of our teaching is done in a manner that will ensure both retention and the ability to critically analyse and apply the knowledge gleaned. The faculty of LPU, updated with the latest methods of pedagogy (teaching) help turn students into a finished product with high market demand, yet with a social conscience and urge to contribute and give back.
