After Passing 12th School gives different certificates like School Leaving Certificate (TC), 12th Marksheet, 12th Passing Certificate, Character Certificate and Migration Certificate. These are all provided by the school, School may take time to give you as it is issued after marksheet and generally it is given late. Migration is and important document as it shows that you have no dues with your previous Board/University and now you can change Your University/Board. So it is required while admission in college.

Yes, this certificate is very important and will be submitted to the university at the time of admission. Without this, your admission may be rejected. You will get the certificate with your marksheet, but for the time being, your school can give you a TC.

You will get the migration certificate with the 12th class marsheet only. At the time of document collection, 2 papers will be given to you, one will be the marksheet and other will be the migration certificate.

Yes, it is an important document. If you have paid the fee amount of migration certificate then it will come from the board with the marksheet.

Hi...

I need to clarify first: are you asking about admission to Chandigarh University for B.Tech/B.E, or admission to a medical/paramedical course (like B.Sc Nursing, MBBS, BPT, etc.)

The marks required and exam rules differ a lot depending on the stream.
