HR in Christ is comparatively not great with respect to other specialisations. The course structure and in terms of academics is good, but the placement process goes at slow pace. Very few companies come and recruit HR students in Christ compared to other specialisations. But the few companies which come are good ones like MTR, Sundaram Fasteners, Wipro, TCS, HUL etc. with an average package of 5.5 lpa.
