Hello Davinder, I passed out in 2019 from the LPU (CSE BRANCH). I had a lot of my friends who completed their MBA from LPU. As per their feedback and experience of MBA in LPU. LPU is one of the best places in the country to pursue an MBA. MBA programme comes under Mittal School of Business which is among the first 10 institutions in India to get ACBSP (USA). The highest Package in MBA last year was 21 Lacs per annum and the average package was 5 to 6 Lacs per annum. The faculty in the MBA department is well-experienced and have expert knowledge who work on the skill enhancement of students. There are lots of career opportunities after an MBA in different areas. The university also gives the opportunity to get real-life exposure through various training programs and an internship, which is mandatory for all. Professors go for value-based education which is something professionals would require in their career. Guest lectures by experts and some successful people are arranged by the department to widen the scope of learning. Most of the faculty members are from IIM or from elite B- Schools (India/Abroad. They have a decade of experience. The faculty is really helping. Even they helped after regular university hours for her projects. Entrepreneurship projects are an integral part of the curriculum and help establish themselves as successful entrepreneurs. One of my close friends did an MBA. If you are not choosing LPU for MBA, make sure you are into Iims or the deemed government business schools of India. Moreover, I would suggest you go through NIRF rankings 2020 for B-Schools and plan accordingly. LPU has been ranked 50th. Also, spending more money on colleges has nothing to do with the quality of education. It has to do with the quality of their infrastructure (for private colleges). University have Collaboration/Tie up with the companies like NSE, Safe Educate, ICICI Direct, HDFC, etc. To give students the opportunity for pursuing live projects and/or professional certifications like NCCMP, NCFM etc. Students get opportunity to Industry desired workshops on Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, Stock Market Operations, Life Skills, Creativity and Innovation, and Leadership to make students industry ready. Fee per semester is s 145000 without scholarship. If you are concerned about placements. There are plenty of career opportunities after MBA in different sectors of industries like Banking and Finance, Investment Banking, multinationals, foreign banks, public sector undertakings, in effect the whole corporate sector offer bright opportunities to management graduates. The careers in management offers one of the best remuneration packages and perks everywhere. Many students are placed in reputed companies in different cities and some are placed abroad too. Top brands like Amazon, Trident, KPMG, Hindustan Unilever Ltd.
