    There is enough material on the internet available to compare them all, but I suggest you get in touch with any of their faculty members to get the first hand information on how they execute the programme delivery. One the biggest difference is : Almost all colleges organise the placement training programs of 1-2 months for the students in their third or fourth semester.     Your academics are very good and you are eligible for ITM with specialisation HR. The course structure and faculty members are very good at ITM. And when we talk about placements the highest package offered in HR is around 9 LPA and the minimum package offered here is 4.5 LPA.

    Hi Shivangi, NIA is National Insurance Academy and does not offer HR course.
    If you got selected in ITM Navi Mumbai then you should go for it because at NIA courses are purely based on finance and insurance and banking field.
