Good part is management is very co-operative, friendly manner, strong network of alumni. Bad part, you wont get much chances of Campus Fee structure is feasible. there 2 type of fee structure one is free seat and another is paid. fee is vary as per your allotment. There is no more extra charges like college fee, library fee. For most of the students, did not placement or job opportunity from college, after completion of our study, they tried outside and got opportunity.college faculty staff is good also there will guest faculty who come as per class basis. Its a good environment to study in Regional college of Management. Bhubaneswar

RCM Bangalore is the best college in Bangalore. As RCM Bangalore's students are getting multiple job offers even if you are average student you can expect 6.5Lpa to 7.5Lpa job offer. As recently 2021 pass-out batches 100% students are placed & maximum got 2-3 job offers letter with the package range 6Lpa to 10Lpa and 12 students got job offer 27Lpa to 45Lpa in German Automobile company. Excellent faculty members maximum from IITs and Iims and top reputed foreign universities with top industrial background.

In terms of placements and Grooming as within the fees 7.90L for 2yrs MBA/PGDM Dual Major specialisation Programs students are getting 6-10 around extra value addition certificates like Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing, 6 Sigma, 3 International Boot Camp Certifications (France, Swish, Poland) with one Mandatory Study Trip in South East Asian Countries like Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia within the total 7.90L (2021-2023 batch fees). RCM Bangalore's maximum faculty members are from IIT & Iims background with 25-35 years experiences. RCM Bangalore recently 2021 those students are in 3rd semester 80% students are placed with the average package of 8.5LPA minimum package is 6LPA and in Domestic the highest package is 10LPA till now.
