From my experience, it's honestly a lot more than I expected. The CPM/finishing school itself runs almost like a separate layer on top of PGDM — regular skill-building sessions, aptitude training, communication practice, mock GDs, mock interviews, resume work, plus recruiter-specific prep. Overall, GIBS has received positive feedback regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of its classrooms, bathroom facilities, and common areas by both students and reviewers alike. Not gonna lie, hygiene and maintenance is something I was worried about before joining, but GIBS surprised me. Washrooms are clean (yes, I'm mentioning it again because that's rare in colleges lol), classrooms don't have trash lying around, and the whole new campus feels well taken care of. I've seen staff cleaning even during breaks which keeps the space fresh. It gives that modern B-school feel and makes you comfortable spending full days on campus during PGDM.
