How is the placement scenario in Thapar Institute Of Engineering and Technology(TIET), Patiala in last 5 years?

In TIET, every year more than 90% of students get placed from my branch. This year 5 students got placed in Microsoft with CTC INR. 40 LPA. Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology takes students on the basis of marks secured in JEE. Placement varies from branch to branch like computer Science has 100 percent.

It has got a reputation of good faculty and teachers who are dedicated lot. Due to this reason perhaps many companies make a beeline for recruiting youngsters from stable of Thapars.
