The career options for you in Tourism industry is pretty much cool. But you need to devote time and patience. It's not a fast track career option. Remember that it's a vast field and opportunities are unlimited. The growth is good too. Presently, the tourism industry has an upwardly movement, hence I would suggest to go for it if it's of your prime interest. If you don't have an urge to excel in this, please refrain from it, coz it's a career that needs you to be ready 24x7 and the ability to learn new skills and knowledge every day.

To make life secured you need to be HAPPY!
You can be happy if you are doing things you love. So, forget about market demand, make yourself skillful in your loved profession.
Tourism is always a demanding industry, in coming days there will be more space for tourism as world becoming shorter and government policies are getting flexible and promoting tourism in all sectors (National, regional)
