Candidates have to choose four centres for their examination according to their preferences. The Examination conducting body (CBSE) takes your first choice to account and allotes the same . However, they are entitled to assign any one of the remaining three choices as well .
CTET 2024 Examination is to be conducted on January 21 2024. Admit cards for the examination are supposed to be released during the starting of January 2024 (Tentative).
Candidates are to register themselves for the examination through the CTET 2024 Portal on Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)'s website.

Candidates can choose a total of four CTET exam cities for the exam while filling the application form. The CBSE takes into account the first preference of exam centre city chosen by the candidates in the online application form. However, in case of unavailability the first preference, the CBSE allots any exam centre.
