    As per the AIIMS Nagpur NEET UG cutoff 2024, the last round, the closing rank for admission to MBBS was 953 for the General AI category students. The cutoff for the same course was 1264 in 2023, while in 2022, the cutoff closed at 1190. Check NEET marks vis rank analysis for more details. The last year's closing rank is as follows:

    Hi.

    There's no fixed “marks out of 720 in NEET” that guarantees admission to All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Nagpur (AIIMS Nagpur) — because admission depends on many factors (category, quota, seats, number of applicants). But we can look at recent cut‑offs / closing ranks to estimate roughly what you'd need.

    For 2025, the closing (last admitted) All‑India Rank (AIR) for general‑category under AI quota at AIIMS Nagpur was ≈ 1030. 

    For NEET‑2025, qualifying percentiles (and corresponding marks ranges) for general/unreserved category start at 50th percentile (i.e. minimum pass) — but getting that alone

    Mark in NEET doesn't matter to take admission real consequences base on rank by the now in 2024 gen category closing rank is 946 AIR In 2025 closing rank was 891 AIR

    For 2026 try to get rank below 1000

    The minimum marks require in NEET entrance exam for MBBS admissions at AIIMS, Nagpur change every year. According to the closing ranks for AIIMS, Nagpur, the cutoff rank in 2025 stood at 862 in the NEET entrance exam for MBBS admissions. The data has shown a steay increase in competition over the past three years for MBBS admissions in AIIMS, Nagpur.

    Marks required in NEET to get admitted to the MBBS course at AIIMS Nagpur can be evaluated based on previous scores and rank Cutoff are required to get the 
    Here are the closing All-India Ranks (AIR) for General category students in the final rounds:

    2024: AIR?953 

    2022: AIR?1?190

    So, typically a rank within ~950–1?300 was safe for the General category.

There is no change in the NEET 2026 syllabus. The NMC published the NEET syllabus for 2026 on December 23, 2025. As per the latest syllabus PDF, no new chapter has been added and there is no deletion of chapter as well.
